How can I check the sales status of the product?
You can check profits real-time, including sales status and the amount to be settled through the Letusto’s Partner Manager website.
How is the profit distribution rate for funding determined?
The default rate is 15%. However, if you directly handle the tasks from product planning to delivery, including manufacturing, shipping, customs clearance, and stocking, the rate can go up to 20-25%.
From the production amount (investment capital), all amounts excluding the already paid product + profit will be paid within 60 days.
For example, at the 1-year mark, if the production cost is $100,000, and $30,000 has been paid (product payment) + $10,000 (profit), then $60,000 will be paid within 90 days.
You need to report according to the income tax regulations of each country.
Profit = Sales amount - Sales channel fees - Shipping costs - Marketing (advertising) - Other expenses.
*Other expenses: Costs related to optimizing the sale of the product, such as samples and content production.
After funding, the generated sales profit from the following month, starting from the 1st day of the month, will be settled and paid quarterly.
For example, if you funded on March 18th, the sales profit and settlement amount for the period from April 1st to June 30th will be calculated and paid in July.
